The registration fees for ICUH 2007 are as follows:

* Registration Fee Restrictions

• To receive the Full Time Student discount, you must be enrolled full-time (minimum of 9 credit hours) in a college or university. Proof of student status from Registrar’s office confirming full-time status is required by October 1st via fax. Student IDs will not be accepted as proof of status.
• To receive the Community Based Organization Employee discount, you must present a letter from your organization’s human resources office indicating full-time status and direct supervisor’s name and contact information must be received via fax and approved by October 1st.
• To receive the Government Employee discount, a valid government ID must be presented when picking up registration packet.

Conference registration fees includes:

• Attendance at all Plenary sessions
• Attendance at all education sessions & posters
• Admission at all commercial exhibits
  
• Admission at all technical demonstrations
  
• Program & abstract book
  
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception
  
• Continental breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon refreshment breaks daily

Additional registration items include:

• Pre-Conference Workshops ($90/half-day)
• Social Evening ($85)

All registration fees are due at the time of registration.

Pre-Conference Workshops
A variety of pre-Conference workshops are being planned for Tuesday, October 30, 2007. Courses are designed to be one-half day each, and may occur in the morning or the afternoon. The cost will be $90 per session. Please visit the registration page to register for workshops.

Social evening
A social evening is being planned at the National Aquarium in Baltimore for the evening of Thursday, November 1, 2007. Separate registration and fee ($85) will be required for the social evening.
